Victim Rights in Washington State - An Overview of Statutes and Case Law
This 12-hour (2-day) advanced training is designed to promote understanding of victims? rights in Washington State. Join community and system based advocates while learning about victim rights on a federal and state level and in juvenile court. Actual cases will be used to teach how to find the resources and services needed for crime victims.
All crime victims have the right to be present, notified, heard, and the right to restitution, an advocate, protection, records and the right to be treated with dignity and respect!
