Prosecutor and Defense Interviews (7.69.030)
  • All victims of violent or sex crimes have the right to have a victim advocate (or any support person of their choosing) present at any prosecutorial or defense interviews.
Child Interviews (7.69A.030)
  • In addition to victims mentioned above, victims of child abuse have the right to have a victim advocate (or support person of their choosing) present at any prosecutorial or defense interviews.
Judicial Proceedings (7.69.030)
  • All victims of violent or sex crimes have the right to have a victim advocate present at any judicial proceeding
Children at Judicial Proceedings (7.69A.030)
  • In addition to the victims mentioned above, child victims of any crime have the right to have a victim advocate present at any judicial proceeding for emotional support.
