| Nancy Hawley |

Nancy Hawley, MA, LMHC, is currently employed as the
Director of Victim Services for Families and Friends of Violent Crime Victims
in Everett. She was previously employed at the Washington State Department of
Corrections as a Community Victim Liaison. With fifteen years experience
working with victims of crime in a variety of settings, Nancy has extensive
experience in sexual assault, domestic violence and sex offender management.
Nancy sat on both the Snohomish and King County Sex Offender Management Teams,
developing solutions for offender re-entry. She was responsible for the
co-development of cutting edge work on teaching incarcerated offender's victim
empathy. During her tenure in victim services Nancy has presented statewide on
victim awareness, victim rights, and advocating in unconventional settings,
specifically in corrections. While working in the sexual assault field, Nancy
core trained over 60 new advocates and provided community education to
communities when sex offenders were releasing. She has facilitated a myriad of
educational and support groups, developing a group for male victims of sexual
assault. Nancy received her Masters Degree from Bastyr University and her
Bachelor's Degree from Western Washington University. |
| Lisa Aguilar |

Lisa Aguilar, MA, is currently employed as the Community
Service Manager for the Snohomish County Center for Battered Women. In that
capacity she supervises a staff of six legal advocates and serves as a liaison
between her agency and all aspects of the criminal justice system. She has
previous experience as a legal advocate for the Citizens Against Domestic and
Sexual Abuse (CADA) in Oak Harbor, WA and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate
(CASA). Lisa earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from
Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts degree Cum Laude in Criminal Justice.
Before her professional career, Lisa worked as an intern for the Washington
Department of Corrections serving with community corrections officers in the
Oak Harbor office. She has done extensive training in domestic violence for
both law enforcement and the general public, and she is certified as a Law
Enforcement Trainer with the U. S. Department of Homeland Security. She also
serves on two domestic violence coalitions and an elder abuse task force. She
was the winner of the Annette Tupper Advocacy Award in 2007 given for selfless
devotion to victims of violence. |
