Right to Records
Convictions Records, Suspect Information (10.97)
Conviction records may be distributed to the public without restriction. A law enforcement agency may (at their discretion) release suspect information to the victim of any crime.
Juvenile Records (13.50.050)
Upon request, the victim (or any member of the victim's immediate family) of any crime perpetrated by a juvenile, the identity of the offender and the circumstances of the crime shall be released.
Autopsy Reports (68.50.105)
The personal representative of a decedent (11.02.005), or any family member, shall receive a copy of the autopsy report upon request.
HIV Test Results (70.24.105)
Upon request of a victim of any sexual offense, the results of a HIV antibody test on an offender shall be made available to the victim. The prosecuting attorney has the duty to inform the victim of this right.
